WALK IN CLIENT INTERVIEWS ON 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th MARCH 2022 IN COCHIN


🔰 STRUCTURAL FITTER : Should be able to read and understand design drawing and shop drawings. Experience in Fit up / Install beams on deck pancake. Experience in Fit up / Install tubulars on offshore jackets, boat landings, etc. Experience in erection activities. Exp of grinding / gas cutting.


🔰 PIPE FITTER : To read and understand the ISO, including ISO coordinates, BOM. Materials and other information given in ISO. Should have knowledge about Piping materials, schedule of pipes, tools, measuring instrument using for pipe fabrication and installation. Should have knowledge about type of flanges, gaskets, their pressure ( rating class). Should have knowledge about fastener ( such as type of Stud / nuts ). Should have knowledge about regular tools used in piping, such as piping spanner, torquing wrench, grinding machine etc. Should know basic calculation, and basic trigonometry to calculate piping angle, and pipe length. Knowledge of Hydrotest will be an added advantage.


🔰 PAINTERS : Knowledge of airless & conventional spray equipment. Use of  WFT gauges. Paint mixing ratios. Visual inspection on runs, sags, oil / grease or any other contamination, along with rectification as required.


🔰 WELDER : Piping Welder : GTAW SS / INCONEL / COOPER NICKEL / CS / SMAW 6G INCONEL.


Structural welders : FCAW  SS 6GR / FCAW GS 6GR. Structural SMAW 6G / 6GR welder we MUST ask them later on we will give them FCAW SS training test and he should be agree.


Minimum 3 - 5 year's experience in oil & gas industry - gulf experienced will be preferred. Candidates should have Relevant ITI certificate, diploma or vocational certificate etc. Following safety standards.
